Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and care of company properties and grounds.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve maintenance issues.
• Coordinate and manage contracted services (electrical, plumbing, landscaping).
• Maintain records of work orders, schedules, costs, and materials.
• Use CMMS to track work orders, inventory, and history.
• Ensure projects meet schedule and company standards.
• Conduct routine property inspections for safety and appearance.
• Pressure wash sidewalks and common areas as needed.
• Perform grounds maintenance and weed removal.
• Replace batteries and assist with security systems maintenance.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
