Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of electrical work experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and BOMs.
• Experience crimping and soldering wires.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test, and repair wiring harnesses.
• Follow prints, BOMs, schematics, and P&ID.
• Set up and run quality checks on wiring harnesses.
• Perform wiring reworks and repairs on bench and vehicle.
• Maintain shop equipment and organize the workspace.
