Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services in North Bend, Oregon seeks a Maintenance Technician II to support the Maintenance Supervisor at Pony Creek. You’ll perform preventative building maintenance, landscape work, and improvement projects to meet ColumbiaCare’s standards.

You will replace air filters, inspect plumbing leaks, caulk bathrooms/kitchens, paint, and maintain exterior appearances. Must handle tools, ladders, lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; background checks required.

Qualifications

• Two years of general maintenance and related trades experience.
• Ability to self-manage, troubleshoot, use power tools and ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support the Maintenance Supervisor at Pony Creek site in North Bend, OR.
• Perform preventative building maintenance, repairs, and landscape work.
• Complete improvement projects to ColumbiaCare’s standards, document progress.
