Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support the Pony Creek site in Coos Bay, Oregon. The role performs preventative building maintenance, repairs, landscape upkeep, and improvement projects to ColumbiaCare’s standards.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Pay ranges from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, DOE. Candidates must have two years of maintenance/landscaping experience and be able to operate power tools and lift up to 50 lbs; driving is required.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of general maintenance, basic construction and landscaping knowledge.
• Ability to self-manage and troubleshoot effectively.
• Operate power tools, yard equipment and climb ladders; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative building maintenance and repairs, landscape maintenance, and improvement projects for facilities.
• Maintain facility project logs and communicate issues to the Maintenance Supervisor and Facility Administrator.
