Responsibilities

• Oversee inmate work detail to perform carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and painting in County buildings.
• Landscape maintenance using inmate crew (mowing, edging, leaf collection).
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and inspect building systems for deficiencies.
• Inspect and repair doors, locks, windows, and roof leaks; replace or repair as needed.
• Document daily reports of completed work and coordinate with contractors.
