Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety of a facility.
• Perform minor repairs like painting, drywall patching, and door fixes; identify issues for specialized technicians when needed.
• Inspect and identify equipment in need of repair; troubleshoot issues to determine repairs.
• Plan repair work using blueprints or manuals; perform general repairs such as drywall, painting, doors and fixtures.
• Perform routine maintenance on building and infrastructure systems; assist with upkeep of facilities and amenities.
