Medtronic in Jacksonville is seeking an on-site Facilities Maintenance Technician II to keep our facilities safe, reliable, and productive. In this third-shift role (10 PM–6:30 AM), you will perform inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance to support life-saving manufacturing and essential services.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of facilities/maintenance experience, CMMS familiarity, and HVAC certification.

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician II, you’ll play a key role in sustaining a safe, reliable, and inclusive work environment. In this highly visible role, you’ll help ensure our facilities operate at peak performance so teams can continue delivering technologies that improve and save lives.
This role is fully onsite in Jacksonville, third shift: 10PM – 6:30AM
Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience in Facilities/Maintenance
Preferred Qualifications Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) HVAC Certification For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$51,200.00 - $76,800.00 This position is eligible for a short‑term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
