We are seeking a skilled and dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician II to help ensure our bank facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. In this role, you will perform a wide range of maintenance and repair activities, including troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems; completing preventative maintenance; and handling general property upkeep such as painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and minor construction projects. You will travel between branch locations, respond to maintenance requests, coordinate with vendors, and proactively identify and resolve facility issues to maintain a professional and welcoming environment for employees and customers.
The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while providing exceptional service and support across the organization.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise—particularly in electrical and/or HVAC—along with excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This position plays a key role in supporting the Bank’s facilities operations and delivering exceptional service to internal and external clients.
Performs work independently within scope of established guidelines and practices. Consults with Manager where clarification or exception to Bank policy may be required.
