Full Time, 1.0 FTE, 80 hours per pay period

Shift:

NIGHTS

Pay Range:

$23.00/hr - $30.00/hr, dependent on experience

Description:

Inspects, operates, and maintains physical facilities, equipment, systems, and utilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure safety and report work performed.
2. Access various areas such as roofs, basements, and equipment rooms; maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building equipment; interpret blueprints and specifications.
3. Perform general industrial maintenance, including fabrication, installation, and inspections of equipment and devices, some specific to healthcare environments.
4. Conduct periodic inspections and recommend repairs or installations, adhering to trade practices and codes.
5. Work independently with critical thinking, in a fast-paced environment, taking appropriate actions.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of related experience
