Position Overview: IMT Residential is hiring a Service Technician (Maintenance Technician) for IMT Cherry Creek, a 399-unit community located in the neighborhood of Cherry Creek.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $23.00 - $26.00/hr. depending on skills and experience, with bonuses for all associates at the properties

Position Details

As a Maintenance Technician, you will maintain the property to ensure good working order and curb appeal, providing excellent customer service to residents. Responsibilities include:

1. Diagnosing and solving maintenance issues in apartments, exteriors, and common areas (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, pools)
2. Utilizing assigned tools and preparing apartments for new residents
3. Performing daily grounds maintenance
4. Handling additional projects as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management, hotel, or similar maintenance roles
• Hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, pools
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and develop skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• EPA Type II or Universal certification (plus CPO certification) is a plus
• Willingness to learn new technologies (Outlook, SuiteSpot)
• Availability for on-call emergencies
• Valid driver’s license
