Qualifications

• Two years of general maintenance experience in building, electrical, or mechanical trades.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the required knowledge and abilities.
• Valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License is required.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.
• Criminal history reports may be required for conditional offers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with framing, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical work, masonry, and other building projects.
• Use motorized and non-motorized tools including shovels, rakes, hammers, chainsaws, compressors, and tampers.
• Complete minor repairs, make field adjustments, and clean equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Operate controls, use seat belts, and install or remove tire chains when needed.
• Follow safety procedures, report injuries and hazards, and maintain awareness of worksite conditions.
