Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Description

Location: UCHealth UCHlth Med Ctr of the Rockies, US:CO:Loveland

Department: MCR Maint Of Plant

FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Evenings

Pay: $20.87 - $27.13 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary

Operates and maintains the physical facilities, equipment, systems, and utilities as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure a safe environment of care. Record and report work performed. Follow trade practices and codes.
• Access roof areas, basements, equipment rooms, tunnels, crawl spaces, and other minimally accessible areas regularly. Respond to facility emergencies to minimize disruption and damage, including fire control or flooding if needed.
• Perform general industrial maintenance, including installation, service, and repair of plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, motors, pumps, electrical systems, pneumatic tube systems, lighting, flooring, and walls.
• Obtain and deliver supplies and materials. Perform custodial services daily. Assist with snow removal and moving equipment.
• Work independently with critical thinking and decisive judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Relevant licensure/certification as determined at position level.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
