Qualifications

• Legal Authorization To Work in the United States.
• FOUR (4) YEARS of building maintenance repair experience or equivalent training.
• Driver's license required for the immediate vacancy.
• Ability to lift and carry objects of various weights with/without accommodation.
• TWIC clearance: fingerprint-based background check and related requirements; cost borne by applicant; reimbursement upon hire.

Responsibilities

• This position independently performs a variety of skilled building maintenance and repair work as a regular and continuing work assignment; may supervise one or more building maintenance helpers or other helpers assisting in the work; and performs other related duties as assigned.
