Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts routine inspections of the building including systems to identify maintenance or repair needs.
• Performs preventative maintenance tasks and maintains records of maintenance activities.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general fixtures.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs beyond in-house capacity.
• Maintain safe and secure environment by inspecting safety equipment and coordinating drills.
