Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and adapt in a maintenance role.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining the facility and equipment to keep the building in good repair.
• Supports plumbing, electrical and HVAC maintenance tasks as directed.
• Constructs and repairs wooden structures and partitions using hand and power tools.
• Operates and maintains boilers and other equipment for heat and power as needed.
• Responds to security needs and supports CQI activities.
