Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; technical certifications encouraged.
• 2–3 years of building maintenance experience in carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and schematic drawings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems, plus structural elements.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor interior/exterior repairs.
• Paint, drywall, lighting maintenance and basic carpentry tasks.
• Assist Marketing with events and Local Leasing with cart placement and repairs.
• Follow OSHA standards to promote a safe working environment.
• Maintain inventory, logs, MSDS, supplies and tools.
