Job summary

DHL Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support maintenance and repair tasks at our Cincinnati, OH campus. The role focuses on sustaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and structural systems while ensuring safety and reliability for operations.

Candidates must follow LOTO procedures, wear PPE, and demonstrate the ability to read blueprints and manuals. Prior experience with building systems and general maintenance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Reading blueprints and tech manuals.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing facility equipment issues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, lighting, power distribution, plumbing, and related systems.
• Interact with fire protection systems and generator equipment.
• Utilize hand tools, electrical testing devices, and computers to complete tasks.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor/boom lifts as required.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and wear applicable PPE.
