Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training preferred.
• 5+ years in building maintenance or education in building systems/repair work.
• Proficient in various facility maintenance areas and able to diagnose and repair diverse systems.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and performs preventative maintenance programs on all facilities, structures, and equipment.
• Completes required repairs/updates and reports findings to supervisor including troubleshooting, repairing, installing, replacing, testing, and adjusting system components.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety policies in and around buildings and grounds.
