Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of general maintenance experience; experience in Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, and HVAC systems maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull objects weighing up to 100 lbs. and climb ladders.
• Ability to obtain necessary certification/licenses.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, install and/or repair facilities and related equipment.
• Participate in emergency call rotation to address situations with minimal damage.
• Maintain and document workload on equipment.
