Job summary

First National Bank Texas is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to perform daily walk-throughs of the Irving Consolidated Facility and grounds. You will coordinate HVAC repairs, conduct routine center maintenance, and coordinate with various contractors for air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electrical, and janitorial services.

You will also escort fire department and alarm personnel during inspections, ensure elevators are properly maintained, and liaise with outside vendors for

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Perform daily walk through of the Irving Consolidated Facility and grounds
• Maintain HVAC Certifications to be able to coordinate and repair HVAC systems that are the responsibility of the Bank
• Conduct routine maintenance as required in banking centers and support centers
• Meet with contractors to discuss air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electrical, janitorial services, landscaping, painters, etc.
• Escort fire department and fire alarm monitoring personnel during inspections
• Ensure bank elevators are properly maintained and inspected
• Contact outside vendors for pickup and retention of bank files
• Update supervisor on all projects and maintenance issues
• Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
• Other duties as assigned
