Job summary

FUJIFILM Sonosite, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee housekeeping, upkeep, and maintenance of building equipment and facilities at our Bothell campus. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance and minor repairs in a corporate office/light manufacturing environment.

You will monitor HVAC systems, coordinate maintenance, respond to routine and emergency issues, manage inventory, and support events. Strong organizational skills and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must have basic electrical and HVAC knowledge.
• Must demonstrate an ability to handle basic building repairs and maintenance.
• Must have excellent customer service attitude when dealing with employees.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of building systems.
• Coordinate maintenance and project-related activities.
• Monitor computerized HVAC control systems.
• Perform repairs and maintenance throughout facility including light duties.
• Assist with building issues related to door hardware and key management.
• Set up furniture for operations and events.
• Respond to routine and emergency issues promptly and interfaces with department representatives.
• Coordinate and monitor repairs with contracted vendors and suppliers.
• Assist in maintaining inventory for building supplies.
• Support Facilities Department goals and company quality system requirements.
