Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade experience preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of building automation systems and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC systems.
• Operate and maintain high-pressure boilers and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits and install/repair wiring.
• Maintain ventilation, heating and cooling systems; perform preventive checks.
• Handle plumbing, carpentry and related repair tasks; remodels as needed.
