Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in the operation of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical systems.
• Licensed in accordance with applicable standards and codes.
• Ability to control and track direct spending and labor budgets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility environment in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
• Assist with the operation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems and other equipment.
• Plan and carry out repair programs, new construction, and equipment installation.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Knowledgeable in building codes

Experience in HVAC systems

Experience in plumbing

Experience in electrical systems

Education
