Job description

Skilled work performing maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment, including general electric, plumbing, and construction work. Performs general maintenance duties, including large and small scale painting, dry wall tape and finish, laminating, carpentry, and woodwork. Functions independently within scope of abilities. Participates in projects as part of a work team.

**Salary will be determined depending on qualifications of candidates who exceed the minimum requirements as outlined within the job description.

**Additional compensation based on licensure.

Performs basic building and grounds maintenance/repair tasks. Responds and takes action in emergency situations to prevent potential hazardous conditions.

Performs cleanup and worksite restoration. Maintains records as required.

In the event of an emergency, all employees are considered essential personnel and may be required to perform alternate duties.
