Job summary

EmployBridge in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Facilities III Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment, while performing general building maintenance.

Responsibilities include repairs on buildings and equipment, preventive/corrective maintenance, coordinating with external contractors, and maintaining records via CMMS. A 4–6 year track record is required and the ability to work independently or in a team is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of facility maintenance experience required.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and maintain equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and major repair of buildings and equipment.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Coordinate external contractors/vendors for installation and maintenance.
• Complete maintenance checklists and maintain records.
• Respond to maintenance issues and improve programs or operations.
• Operate CMMS and other software to monitor equipment.
• May repair electrical locks and control panels; assist with renovations.
• Handle emergency maintenance requests and safety compliance.
