TurnKey Property Solutions in Anchorage, AK is hiring a Facilities & Maintenance Technician. This hands‑on role maintains, repairs, and improves commercial facilities, delivering responsive service to tenants and owners across Alaska.

The position emphasizes troubleshooting, independent work, and customer communication. You will manage work orders, coordinate with contractors, and uphold safety and quality standards in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of commercial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or construction experience.
• Experience with carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and basic electrical repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine practical solutions
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and equipment manuals
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation when assigned

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, repair, and improve commercial facilities while providing responsive service.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs across commercial buildings
• Identify building deficiencies and determine corrective actions
• Complete general repairs (doors, hardware, drywall, flooring, ceilings, windows)
• Handle minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• Inspect HVAC systems, thermostats, controls, and pumps
• Assist with fire/life-safety systems and building automation
• Complete tenant improvements and small remodeling projects
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors when needed
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and communicate with owners/tenants
