Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and interpret schematics, plans, diagrams and drawings.
• Excellent hand/eye coordination and close vision.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance service calls promptly and complete maintenance requests.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related building systems.
• Inspect and repair electrical outlets and wiring; replace lights to ensure safety and proper illumination.
