Job summary

Pilotcompany is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Associate to uphold the cleanliness and upkeep of the travel center. You will keep restrooms and showers clean, manage towel washing and handling, and perform general store maintenance to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests.

The role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds, work a flexible schedule including nights and holidays, and contribute to a high level of guest satisfaction through well-kept facilities.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance tasks around the store.
• Pickup and haul all trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
