Job summary

Pilotcompany is seeking a Facilities Associate at our travel center. The role covers maintaining overall store cleanliness, cleaning showers and restrooms, washing towels, and performing general repair and maintenance to keep facilities in top condition.

You must be able to lift 50 pounds, walk/stand most of the day, and work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. A team-oriented, guest‑focused mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.

• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and take out all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
