Job summary

JLL is seeking an entry-level Facility Maintenance Technician to support operation, inspection, and light maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across a multi-building portfolio. You will work as part of a 10+ person engineering team on a client property managed by JLL.

Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems, performing preventative maintenance, documenting work, and following safety procedures in a fast-paced, 24/7

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required; trade school or military training is a plus.
• Experience with CMMS or BMS systems is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Perform preventative and routine maintenance and service requests.
• Document work in CMMS/BMS and manage records.
• Adhere to safety procedures and quality standards.
