Qualifications

• Experience reading schematics.
• Vocational school education completed.
• EPA Type 1 Certification held.
• High school diploma or equivalent achieved.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing preventive maintenance tasks for buildings and equipment.
• Develop skills for troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
• Assist in performing component replacement.
• Maintain an accurate and organized inventory of parts.
• Operate equipment, vehicles, and lifting devices safely.
• Drive independently to stores as assigned.
• Document repairs, labor, and parts purchases in a timely fashion.
• Comply with department and company policies.
