Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance or facility operations required.
• Knowledge of standard practices, procedures and tools in the general building/maintenance trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment.
• Act as back-up for call person in case of emergency.
• Handle all equipment in a safe manner and use tools correctly.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedule and complete reports.
• Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment and fire alarm system.
• Inspect and maintain plumbing system and fixtures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
