Job summary

QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, LLC is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to join our team in Puerto Rico & USA. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, assist with facility projects, and ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment and systems in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires handyman experience, a valid heavy machinery license, and the ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Handyman experience in carpentry or construction is required.
• License to operate heavy machinery such as digger, aerial lift, or scissor lift is required.
• Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the site and ability to arrive as instructed.
• Knowledge of production agriculture and production plant operations is beneficial.
• Willingness to pass background checks and pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance work in green areas.
• Assist in warehouse, facilities, and surroundings maintenance.
• Plan or assist with preventative maintenance programs.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and equipment.
• Repair, replace, or adjust machinery as needed.
• Support equipment installation, fabrication, and upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal resources as required.
• Maintain clean and safe working conditions and records.
