You will work with a proactive team, ensure strict adherence to cGMP and CFR guidelines, and may serve as a team lead while documenting daily activities and coordinating with internal customers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required with 4 years of maintenance experience.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, vision systems, automated equipment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance activities on facility, utility, and HVAC systems per SOPs.
• Troubleshoot equipment to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Perform maintenance on packaging and inspection equipment.
• Document logs, work orders, and daily activities accurately.
• Follow cGMP, CFR, SOPs, and client policies.
• Develop and review maintenance plans and SOPs for tasks.
• Act as a technical expert and trainer for teammates as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Execute advanced maintenance activities or operate assigned equipment, facility, utility, and HVAC Systems in accordance with established guidelines and operating procedures.
• Conduct intermediate troubleshooting and employ advanced predictive technologies to identify root cause and appropriate corrective actions to diagnose or avert equipment problems.
• Perform advanced maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance on packaging and inspection equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues
• Identify root causes and apply corrective actions to prevent equipment failures
• Support spare parts inventory tracking and management
• Complete accurate documentation (logbooks, work orders, daily logs)
• Follow all cGMP, CFR, SOPs, and client'spolicies
• Develop, revise, and review job plans and SOPs for maintenance tasks
• Recommend improvements to optimize equipment performance and maintenance programs
• Act as a technical expert and trainer, supporting teammates with troubleshooting and proper equipment use
• Provide excellent internal customer support with clear, detailed technical communication
• May serve as a team lead, delegating and overseeing maintenance tasks

Qualifications:

• Associate degree
• 4 years of Maintenance experience
• Industrial Mechanic background
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance, Vision System, Automation System and Mechanical troubleshooting.
• Equipment Timming and Synchronization
• Maximo Software Experience
• Knowledge of Industrial mechanics, electronic technician, Electrician, Instrument technician, Tool and Die
• Troubleshooting capabilities, evaluate problems, develop path forward and implement corrections.
• Usage of computerized systems such as Maximo and Outlook.
• Knowledgeable of one or more of the following technical areas: Utility Plant Operations/ Maintenance, Process Equipment/ System Maintenance, HVAC Operations/ Maintenance, or Fire System.
• Knowledge of miscellaneous equipment (WFI Still, Clean Steam Generator, Purified Production Units, Water Distribution Systems, Water Softeners, Emergency Power Systems, and UPS.
• Availability for 12hrs shifts | 5:00PM to 5:30AM
