Legend Property Management is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure our facilities run smoothly. You will handle routine maintenance, inspect for damage, and perform repairs on building systems while keeping up-to-date service records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment.
• On-call nights and weekends availability.
• Strong work ethic, communication, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building systems and tenant work orders.
• Repair clogged drains, fixtures, and perform light electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Inspect building for structural damage to windows, doors, walls and repair as needed.
• Record repairs and track service last dates.
• Develop preventative maintenance to keep equipment running safely.
