Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to be on call nights and weekends.
• Strong work ethic and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Inspect building for damage and perform repairs.
• Record repairs and service dates for all equipment.
• Develop preventative maintenance measures to prevent safety risks.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
