Job summary

Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repairs at RSI buildings, grounds, and residential homes across East Central Minnesota, including North Branch and nearby communities. Typical schedule is M-F with occasional on-call shifts; may be 5x8 or 4x10 shifts depending on needs.

Wage is $20.00-$21.00 per hour based on experience. Eligible full-time employees receive health and dental insurance, a 403(b) plan with employer matching, PTO,

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of hands-on maintenance experience.
Experience with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs at RSI facilities, homes, and offices.
Assess, diagnose, and repair maintenance issues; determine solutions.
Coordinate with vendors and schedule repairs; respond to maintenance requests.
