Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Morgantown is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and repair facility equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. You will support daily operations and contribute to a safe, well‑kept environment.

The role requires mechanical aptitude and the ability to work a flexible schedule, with a base hourly pay range and comprehensive benefits as part of Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to learn HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and other trades for property upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Assist in repair of facility equipment and systems.
• Perform maintenance and facilities tasks including mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical repairs and HVAC where applicable.
• Handle general installations, equipment adjustments, or project tasks; assist with site upkeep and promotions as needed.
• Complete work requests from start to finish in a timely, thorough manner.
• Maintain and secure personal tools; account for borrowed tools.
• Sign in at shift start and out at shift end.
