Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience is preferred.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a commercial or office environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Respond to tenant service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with snow removal and event setups as needed.

Knowledge of tools, materials, methods, and practices in facility maintenance

Skill in operation of power/manual tools and light/heavy equipment
