Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of related experience in building maintenance trades.
• Valid Florida driver's license is required.
• Must pass Level 2 background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly and efficiently completes maintenance requests in assigned Agency facilities.
• Evaluates service requests to decide if work should be done by Agency staff or outside contractor.
• Maintains and repairs Agency equipment.
• Purchases maintenance supplies and processes invoice charges per facility/program.
• Keeps records of maintenance history for facilities and equipment monthly.
• Transports clients in Agency vehicles and assists in delivery/pickup of mail, donations, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Submits recommendations to the Property Maintenance Manager regarding facilities, equipment, and supply needs.
• Assists the Director of Support Services on other projects as needed.
