Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience maintaining office/commercial buildings.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, paint and drywall tasks.
• Ability to operate a scissors lift up to 40 feet.
• Ability to perform roof work up to 40 feet.
