Qualifications

• Knowledge of painting and pressure washing techniques.
• Safety procedures knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with minor maintenance repairs for Turnpike facilities, including remodeling and carpentry work.
• Perform plumbing tasks such as clearing blocked lines and repairing fixtures.
• Maintain facility grounds and support systems, including irrigation and pressure washing.
• Load and unload trucks and move heavy equipment and furniture.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls and participate in the emergency response team.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspection of building interiors/exteriors.
