Job summary

Wind River Rehabilitation and Wellness in Riverton, WY is accepting applications for a Maintenance Assistant to assist with general maintenance throughout the facility. Evergreen Healthcare Group is the employer, offering an opportunity to contribute to a trusted care environment.

The role requires hands-on upkeep, reading blueprints, and repairing electrical, plumbing, and building systems while following safety standards. A driver’s license is preferred and relevant experience is valued.

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience with basic hand tools.
• Able to assess physical plant problems and respond appropriately.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and manuals.
• Maintain/repair motor controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Repair/replace electrical fixtures, motors, stoves, dryers, washers, medical equipment.
• Check and replace faulty circuits or breakers and low voltage equipment.
• Repair plaster and drywall.
• Maintain plumbing system and fixtures.
