Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must read, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs on building structures, fixtures, and equipment.
• Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Conduct scheduled inspections of equipment and systems.
• Maintain exterior grounds and respond to maintenance needs promptly.
• Follow hospital safety policies and regulatory standards.
