Job summary

Colonial Downs Group LLC, owner of Rosie’s Richmond, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure proper maintenance and repair of all property and equipment. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, plus vocational certifications preferred; valid driver’s license and racing license are also required. On-site duties may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance skills required.
• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment a plus.
• Able to perform basic repairs and painting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance inspections and repairs on facility equipment.
• Handles electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Performs painting, drywall work, and general upkeep of the facility.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness and adheres to procedures.
