Job summary

Roseshire Gaming Parlor in Richmond, VA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair facility equipment. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, electrical and plumbing work, carpentry, painting, and helping with cleaning and upkeep of interior and exterior areas.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance inspections of all facility - troubleshooting related equipment and systems; make repairs and adjustments as necessary.
• Performs moderate to complex electrical repairs and modifications.
• Performs moderate to complex plumbing repairs and modifications.
• Performs moderate to complex general carpentry.
• Performs general painting including spackling, hole repair, and dry wall replacement.
• Assists with trash pickup and removal of the interior and exterior of the facility.
• Resolves problems that are within the position's scope of authority and recommends courses of action to resolve problems that are beyond the scope of authority to the position's supervisor.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Responsible for the proper maintenance and repair of all property and equipment.

Compensation: $18.00-$23.00
