Job summary

Freeman Regional Health Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Freeman facility. The role involves inspecting buildings, performing repairs, and handling HVAC, plumbing and electrical tasks to ensure a safe environment.

You will carry out preventive maintenance, manage work orders, and coordinate with the team to maintain equipment and grounds, including snow removal during winter months.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance and repair.
• Ability to perform routine and PM tasks.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building inspections and basic repairs.
• Maintain heating, plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and grounds.
• Perform and document routine maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Monitor and log preventative maintenance activities and work orders.
