Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance checks and routine servicing of facilities.
• Repair and maintain HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical systems as needed.
• Replace lighting, fixtures and small components to ensure safe operation.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Document issues and communicate progress to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Collaborate with team during renovations and facility expansions.
