Job summary

Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Elizabethtown Campus is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This full-time day position (7am - 3pm) involves carpentry, electrical and plumbing maintenance, preventive care, and major system upgrades at the Elizabethtown campus.

You'll work with CMMS to generate and document work orders, assist outside contractors, and respond to emergencies on a on-call weekend/holiday schedule as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in two or more trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing) is preferred.
• Vocational or technical training is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, electrical and plumbing maintenance as required.
• Follow OSHA, local, state, and federal regulations and applicable codes.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems including HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Complete CMMS work orders and document work performed; coordinate with contractors.
• Respond to emergency calls and provide weekend/holiday on-call support.
