Job summary

ABM is seeking a motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the daily operation, maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of our Houston facility. This role combines routine custodial duties with hands-on building maintenance tasks, ideal for someone with a general maintenance background eager to grow into a fully qualified technician. Shift: Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day.

Location: Near S. Loop E and Martin Luther King Blvd.

Qualifications

• General maintenance background desirable.
• Willingness to learn and expand maintenance skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operation and basic maintenance of facilities.
• Carry out cleaning and custodial tasks to keep the facility presentable.
• Assist with hands-on building maintenance and repairs as needed.
